- Uses a three-layer, nonwoven fabric featuring a spun bond polypropylene on the inner and outer layers and a melt blown polypropylene middle layer
- Prevents fluid pooling and cross-contamination through a shingle-pleat design; wear masks with pleats facing down
- Measures approximately 7 (L) x 3.5 (H) inches (17.6 cm x 8.9 cm)
- Fits most users with ample-length, stretch ear loops (63.5mm)
- Low-profile, soft ear loops made of polyester and spandex blend for strength, comfort, and fit
- Ultrasonically sealed ear loops attach to the outside of the mask to prevent pulling and irritation
- Adjusts to match facial contours with an enclosed, plastic-covered, iron nosepiece
- Intended to be worn by healthcare professionals during medical procedures to protect both the patient and the personnel from the transfer of microorganisms, body fluids, and particulate material transfer
- Delivers bacterial and particulate filtration efficiencies of at least 98 percent with fluid resistance at 160 mm Hg
